Step by step

1. I cannot publish. Confirm the account email; without it publishing is blocked.
2. I changed something and customers do not see it. Changes stay in draft until you press Publish. If you still see “Unpublished changes”, publish again.
3. A section does not show in the app. Enable it in Appearance and publish; some sections (such as Forms or Polls) have to be enabled there.
4. SMS are not going out. In Settings, check the Android app is active; open it on the phone and press “Start”.
5. “Give stamp” does not appear. The loyalty card must be on, and the booking confirmed or completed.
6. I lost access to features. If the trial ended you are on the basic version; see Plan.
